CozyClane Return & Refund Policy

At CozyClane, we want you to be happy with your order. So, we made simple return and refund rules. This way, you always know what to expect before buying.

Return Window & Overview

You must request a return within 5 days of delivery. Otherwise, we cannot accept the item. Also, we check all returned products to confirm eligibility. As a result, refunds are faster and have fewer delays.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must stay in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Most importantly, body care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In addition, some special items are also non-returnable, as listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

You cannot return:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers).
  • Personalized or intimate items.
  • Hazardous or flammable goods.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Overall, these rules keep shopping safe and fair for all customers.

Partial Refunds — When They Apply

Sometimes, we issue only a partial refund. For example:

  • Products with visible signs of use.
  • Items missing parts or original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 5-day window.

Therefore, partial refunds help us stay fair to both you and CozyClane.

How We Process Refunds

We follow a simple process:

  1. First, we check the returned item.
  2. Next, we email you with approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, we process your refund by bank transfer or UPI.
  4. Finally, the refund shows in your account in a few working days.

So, please allow extra time for banks to complete their side.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Next, contact your bank or UPI provider.
  • However, if the issue continues, email us at info@cozyclane.com.

In that case, we will follow up and guide you until it is fixed.

Exchange

We only exchange defective or damaged items. So, if your item arrives damaged, email us at info@cozyclane.com.

  • Then, we will guide you step by step.
  • Also, we may ask for photos to speed things up.

Return Shipping & Cos

  • You pay the cost of return shipping.
  • Also, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If we refund you, we deduct the return shipping cost.

For this reason, we suggest a trackable courier or insurance for high-value items. This way, both you and CozyClane stay protected.

Gifts & Gift Returns

  • If the item was a gift sent directly to you, we issue a gift credit.
  • Otherwise, we refund the person who paid for the order.
  • Also, we notify them about the return so they stay updated.
