3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. This way, you pay only when your order arrives. Moreover, many customers find COD more convenient and secure.

4. How can I track my order?

5. How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 2–4 business days. On average, deliveries reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. However, during festive or sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer, and we always keep you informed in such cases.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Therefore, adding one more item to your cart can sometimes help you save on delivery fees. In addition, free shipping makes it easier to try more of our collections at once.

7. What is your return & refund policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, packed in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. After we inspect it, we issue your refund within 7–10 working days. As a result, you can shop with confidence, knowing that our return process is simple and secure.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

9. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India. However, we plan to expand soon. In the future, CozyClane products will reach women worldwide.
